Are the tours really private?

Yes, absolutely. Every tour is 100% private. Every Stockholm boat tour we run is 100% private. You will never share the boat with strangers. The entire vessel, skipper, and experience are exclusively for your group.

This isn't a shared group tour or scheduled cruise. You have your own private boat trip in Stockholm, on your own schedule.

How many people can come?

It depends on the trip requested. Two of our boats, MsHägern and MsFreja are 12 Pax, meaning 12 passengers. We have multiple captains and can accommodate additional boats for your trips, upon request. Contact us and we will provide you with a free quote. Children count as passengers, so please include them in your total.

Where do Stockholm boat tours depart from?

All private boat trips depart from Strandvägskajen 21 (Pier i) in central Stockholm.

How do I book a Stockholm boat tour, and how quickly will I get a response?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards on board. Swish, cash, and invoice by agreement is also accepted.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms depend on the trip and timing. Please contact us directly at booking for current terms. We do our best to be flexible, especially when weather is the reason for a change of plans.

Is food and drink included on a private boat trip?

No food or drinks are included in the base pricing. We arrange professional catering to your needs. A service fee of 500 SEK plus expenses applies. Just let us know in advance. You are also free to bring your own food.

Is there a toilet on board?

Yes, all our Stockholm boat tour vessels are equipped with an onboard toilet, so you can comfortably enjoy a full-day private boat trip without worrying.

What if the weather is bad?

Our Stockholm private boats have heated cabins so you stay warm and comfortable even in cool or overcast conditions. If conditions are genuinely unsafe, your skipper will suggest an alternative route or reschedule. We monitor the weather carefully and always prioritise your safety.

Is a private boat trip in Stockholm safe? Who is the captain?

All our Stockholm boat tours are led by our experienced, licensed skippers who have been operating in Stockholm's waters since 2010. The captain is included in every booking. Our boats are fully certified, well-maintained, and equipped with modern navigation systems.

Is a Stockholm boat tour suitable for children?

Absolutely. Families are very welcome on board our Stockholm private boat tours. Our skippers are experienced with mixed groups and will adapt the pace and route for everyone's comfort. Life jackets and safety equipment are available for all ages.

What time of year can I book a private boat trip in Stockholm?

We operate all year round, as long as the waters are ice-free. Most private boat trips run from March through December. Winter Stockholm boat tours are also possible on calm days. Contact us to check availability for your dates.
